These Terms & Conditions govern your use of BeBaazaar. By creating an account, submitting a listing application, or sending a request for quotation (RFQ), you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. What BeBaazaar is
BeBaazaar is a directory and matching platform that connects Iranian manufacturers and exporters with international buyers, marketers, importers, and distributors. We help you find and contact potential trade partners and submit sourcing requirements. BeBaazaar is not a party to any transaction between users, does not hold or transfer funds on anyone's behalf, and does not provide escrow, shipping, customs clearance, or payment processing services.
2. Accounts and registration
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account or submitting a role application (manufacturer, exporter, marketer, importer, or distributor). You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. New company listings are reviewed by our team before they appear publicly; we may approve, reject, or request changes to a submitted listing at our discretion.
3. Listings and content accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information, images, and claims in your listing — including product specifications, certifications, production capacity, and company details. Do not list counterfeit goods, items whose export or import is restricted or prohibited, or make claims you cannot support. We may suspend or remove a listing that we reasonably believe violates these terms.
4. RFQs and matching
When you submit an RFQ, we forward your requirements to relevant manufacturers and, if requested, run an automated matching process against exporters, marketers, importers, and distributors in our directory. Matching results are a starting point based on the information available in profiles at that moment — not a guarantee of fit, availability, pricing, or capability. Any resulting negotiation, quotation, contract, and transaction is strictly between you and the other party.
5. No guarantees
BeBaazaar does not guarantee product quality, does not guarantee delivery, and does not guarantee payment or provide any form of escrow. We do not guarantee that a listed company automatically complies with the legal or regulatory requirements of any destination market. Verifying import requirements, product compliance, and licensing for your destination is your responsibility, together with your local authorities and, where appropriate, your own legal and customs advisors.
6. Fees
Using BeBaazaar to browse listings, submit an RFQ, or apply for a company listing does not currently require payment to us. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will describe the fees clearly before they apply to you.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misrepresent your identity or your company; scrape or bulk-extract data from the platform outside normal use; upload malicious code; harass or defraud other users; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including trade in goods prohibited under applicable sanctions or export-control law.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account or listing that violates these terms, contains fraudulent information, or that we are required to act on by law. You may stop using BeBaazaar and ask us to close your account at any time through the contact page.
9. Intellectual property
BeBaazaar's own branding, design, and platform software remain our property. Content you submit (company descriptions, product listings, images) remains yours; by submitting it you grant us a licence to display it on the platform for the purpose of operating your listing.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeBaazaar is not liable for any loss arising from a transaction, negotiation, shipment, or dispute between users, or from reliance on information in a listing or match result that turns out to be inaccurate or outdated.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the platform evolves. Continued use of BeBaazaar after a change means you accept the updated terms.
