How It Works
A three-party process connecting Iranian manufacturers, export partners, and international buyers.
1. Buyer selects a product or submits an RFQ
Browse products and manufacturers, or submit a sourcing requirement describing what you need.
2. Platform reviews the request
Submitted requirements are checked for completeness before being matched.
3. Suitable Iranian manufacturers are identified
Manufacturers are matched based on product category, capability, and MOQ.
4. Suitable export partners are identified based on product and destination
If needed, export management companies, trading companies, or specialized exporters experienced in the destination market are identified.
5. Commercial proposals are collected
Manufacturers and, where involved, exporters prepare pricing and terms for the buyer's review.
6. Samples may be requested
Buyers can request product samples before committing to a full order.
7. Buyer and seller/exporting party confirm the commercial contract
Final pricing, quantities, and terms are agreed directly between the parties through an official quotation and contract.
8. Production, inspection, documents, and shipping are coordinated
Depending on the arrangement, the manufacturer and/or exporter coordinate production scheduling, inspection, documentation, and freight.
9. Transaction and payment terms are handled by the contracting parties
Payment and transaction terms are handled directly by the contracting parties or legally authorized service partners. BeBaazaar does not currently hold customer funds.
